Job Description
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing commercial activities within a defined European region. The position is based in Germany, with regional responsibility for either Eastern Europe or Western Europe, depending on experience and market focus.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage business development activities within the assigned region
Identify and qualify potential customers, partners and market opportunities
Lead commercial discussions from initial contact to contract conclusion
Coordinate closely with operations to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Monitor regional market developments and competitive landscape
Basic Requirements
Experience in business development, sales or commercial roles
Background in logistics, supply chain or operational services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently across regions and markets
Structured and reliable working approach
Preferred RequirementsExisting network within logistics or industrial sectors
Familiarity with operational logistics processes
Ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
