Job Description

As Head of Sales & Business Development, you lead and coordinate all commercial activities across regions and teams. The role focuses on structuring sales execution, guiding business development efforts and translating operational capabilities into long-term customer relationships and sustainable growth.


Responsibilities

Lead and develop the sales and business development team

  • Define commercial priorities and regional focus areas

  • Support and guide Regional Business Development Managers

  • Drive customer acquisition and partnership development

  • Align commercial activities with operational capabilities

  • Maintain and expand key customer relationships‍


Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development leadership

  • Background in logistics, supply chain or operational services

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

  • Structured and execution-oriented working style

  • Ability to coordinate teams across regions


Preferred Requirements

  • Experience leading international or regional sales teams

  • Strong commercial network within logistics or related industries

  • Ability to translate complex operations into clear value propositions

  • Experience in building scalable sales structures
