As Head of Sales & Business Development, you lead and coordinate all commercial activities across regions and teams. The role focuses on structuring sales execution, guiding business development efforts and translating operational capabilities into long-term customer relationships and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales and business development team
Define commercial priorities and regional focus areas
Support and guide Regional Business Development Managers
Drive customer acquisition and partnership development

Maintain and expand key customer relationships
Basic Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development leadership
Background in logistics, supply chain or operational services
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Structured and execution-oriented working style
Ability to coordinate teams across regions
